Social Gaming Platform

Mingle Quest is a social gaming platform that provides entertainment through games using virtual currency only. Our services include:

• Virtual currency for entertainment purposes

IMPORTANT: Not Real Money Gaming

This platform uses virtual currency only and is NOT real money gaming. Virtual currency has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services. This is entertainment-only social gaming.

Minimum Age Requirements

You must meet the following age requirements to use our Platform:

• 18 years or older in Quebec, Alberta, and Manitoba
• 19 years or older in all other Canadian provinces
• Legal age of majority in your jurisdiction if outside Canada

Age verification is required and may include document verification. Providing false age information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• One account per person is allowed
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• You are responsible for all activity on your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support.

Nature of Virtual Currency

• Virtual currency has no real-world value
• Cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services
• Cannot be transferred between accounts
• Used solely for entertainment purposes
• May expire according to our policies

Virtual Currency Purchases

Optional in-app purchases allow you to buy virtual currency with real money. All sales are final. Virtual currency purchased has no real-world value and cannot be refunded, withdrawn, or exchanged for anything of value.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Creating multiple accounts
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Sending spam or unsolicited communications
• Allowing minors to access your account
• Using automated scripts, bots, or third-party software

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by Mingle Quest or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content
• Modify or create derivative works
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Use our trademarks without permission

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mingle Quest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of virtual currency, data, or profits.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which you reside. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of your province of residence.
